Tillsammans med Adidas vill IKEA utforska vad människor behöver när det gäller att träna, sova och äta hemma. I nytt designsamarbete med Lego samlar vi kraft för mer lek och kreativitet. Detta är två av sex nya designsamarbeten som IKEA presenterar i samband med Democratic Design Days 2018 i Älmhult.
IKEA bjuder också på förhandsvisningar av kommande produktlanseringar med säljstart 2018-2020, däribland MARKERAD av Off-White grundaren Virgil Abloh, ANNANSTANS av modeskaparen Martin Bergström och ÖVERALLT av tio formgivare från sju länder i Afrika. RUMTID är resultatet av ett designteams besök på Mars Desert Research Station i Utah.
Alla nya designsamarbeten: Adidas, Lego, UNYQ och Area Academy (e-sport och gaming), Little Sun (socialt företag med fokus på hållbar livsstil), industridesigner Stefan Diez samt Saint Heron, cultural hub.
